Yandere Simulator can be considered a stealth, action game, in development by YandereDev. The game is currently being developed in Unity, and is slowly being updated on a month-to-month basis, with the amount of new content varying.
The premise for the game is you play as schoolgirl, Ayano Aishi, who’s nicknamed Yandere-chan after the Japanese term “yandere”. Yandere refers to a girl (mostly) who is willing to harass, harm, or even kill due to their romantic attachment to their crush. This term takes its form in gameplay by having the player control Yandere-chan, who must eliminate any and all girls who might show an interest in “Senpai”.

- If Yandere-chan giggles, and an NPC hears the giggle, but can’t see Yandere-chan, the NPC will become curious and will walk over to investigate the source of the mysterious giggle.
- Fixed bug that would cause students’ bodies to tilt at extreme angles if Yandere-chan spoke to them while standing at a significantly higher or lower elevation.
- Fixed bug that would allow the player to peek into Info-chan’s room by pressing their smartphone camera up against the door.

Yandere Simulator is a Japanese-themed stealth game. Its protagonist, Yandere-Chan, is in love with an older boy from her high school, his Senpai. Senpai-kun doesn’t even know she exists, so Yandere-Chan comes up with a plan: she is going to kill every other girl from her school so that the love of her life is left with no choice but to fall for her. As if it wasn’t complicated enough, she will have to do it on the sly!

Yandere Simulator’s most popular characters include Yandere-Chan, Senpai and Info-Chan:
Yandere-Chan: The protagonist
Yandere-Chan dreams about Senpai-Kun one night and follows him to school the next day: she instantly becomes obsessed with him. She has a Yandere personality, meaning that she will do whatever it takes to get Senpai’s love. She usually wears a school uniform, but her appearance can be modified with Easter Eggs.
Senpai-Khun: The object of desire
He is one year older than Yandere-Chan, he is her love and obsession. He lacks in personality and will accept a love confession from any girl (that’s why Yandere-Chan has to avoid every declaration of love in advance. He is creeped out by the game’s protagonist and makes unpleasant comments every time she is anywhere around him.
Info-Chan: Gossip Girl
This student has a very significant role in the game. She runs the school newspaper and provides Yandere-Chan with information about her victims. She is okay with her acts because then she has more juicy stories to write about. In return for information she will ask for pantyshots that she will later sell to other students.

All the girls in Yandere Simulator look very similar, so here’s a little information to get to know them better:

Osana Najimi
She is the mysterious girl next to the entrances who cannot be moved. It is not possible to interact with her either. However, she will confess her love to Senpai on Friday, causing a terrible ending (Yandere-Chan cannot interact with her, she cannot murder her either). She is the test rival for the game.
Kokona Haruka
Both her hair (that she wears in two drill pigtails) and her eyes are purple. She is in the Sports Club. She is also a coward and has a crush on Senpai. She is friends with Saki Miyu.
- Other Girl Students:
Yuna Hina
Both her hair (that she wears with a ponytail on the left) and her eyes are yellow. She is in the Light Music Club. She is also a coward and doesn’t have a crush on anyone.
Yui Rio
Both her hair (that she wears with a ponytail on the right) and her eyes are red. She is in the Martial Arts Club. She is also a coward and doesn’t have a crush on anyone.
Koharu Hinata
